Beatriz Osorio joins The Amerivest Group as a Broker Associate after nine years of successful experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate brokerage.  Ms. Osorio has worked extensively with foreign buyers of residential and investment properties in South Florida.  She utilizes her valuable experience to assist investors, buyers and sellers of both business and real estate, and looks forward to working with you to help you accomplish your goals.

In her previous career, Ms. Osorio spent twelve years in the travel industry with several of Brazil’s largest tour operators.  Ms. Osorio was responsible for overall coordination of large tour groups comprising participants of many languages and cultures.  In addition to handling all of the logistics required to successfully manage these complex technical tours, Ms. Osorio also provided corporate administrative support, and often served as translator/interpreter for many dignitaries and VIP customers.

Ms. Osorio’s academic background includes course work in liberal arts with emphasis in economics at U.B.A. (Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina), an education degree from the Facultade Metropolitana Unidas (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and a Certificate in Tourism from A.B.L. & Associados (Sao Paulo, Brazil).  Ms. Osorio is licensed by the State of Florida as both a real estate and mortgage broker.  She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
